BOOKINGS TERMS & CONDITIONS

ADULT CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS

Due to the planning required for the classes, we are unable to offer refunds or date transfers once the booking is made. If you cannot attend a booked class, please send a friend to take your spot or if you let us know with 2 weeks notice we will try our best to help. 

The above also applies for gift voucher bookings. Once you have contacted us to confirm the course and the dates you plan to attend, you will receive the booking details by email. If you fail to notify us of any changes and do not attend the class, you will lose your gift voucher. 

"Reserved" places requested by email or phone will be held for 24 hours, you will receive an email with the booking & payment details. After this time if the class has not been paid, your place will be released. 

Please note that payment must be made in full in order to secure your booking. Use the buttons provided for each course to make the payment. 

If we have to cancel or postpone a session, we will offer you a makeup session, a credit or a refund. 

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are not linked to a particular class, so please do check the calendar of classes and let us know which class you would like to attend to redeem your voucher so we can reserve a space for you. 

If the price of the class you would like to attend is less than the value of the voucher, you can top it up with any of our materials (fabrics, paint, etc). We can't provide partial refurnds.

CHILDREN'S CLASSES

LITTLE CRAFTERS bookings work on monthly bookings to be renewed during the last week of the previous month. Those currently attending the classes are automatically booked for the following month, any available spaces are then given to those on the waiting list or first come first served basis. Unfortunately we are unable to reserve spaces. 

SEWING SCHOOL bookings run over a 6 week term (Wednesdays and Saturdays). If your child misses a class we will do our best to offer a retake during another time of the sewing school.

We are unable to offer refunds for half term or holiday activities.  

CRECHE

To book a place in the Creche, please add the information when booking the class, indicating the name and age of your child.
